Delete your Quokka Island account

This page is for Quokka Island by Cozy Island Games. Google Play requires it to be public, alongside the option in the game.

In the game

Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away. (Players under 13 see a question for grown-ups first.)

Without the game

If you can't open the game (for example the phone was lost), email support@cozyislandgames.com with the subject "Delete my account" and one of these, so we can find the right account:

• the account ID (shown in the game under Settings → Account), or
• the Play Games player name, if the account was linked to Play Games.

Parents can ask on behalf of their child. We'll confirm it's the right account and delete it within 30 days.

What's deleted

• The account: account ID, age group and any Play Games link.
• The island and all game progress: quokkas, layout, tasks, quests, items, clothing and the leaves balance.
• The cloud save and the game activity records linked to the account.

What's kept, and for how long

• Purchase records (what was bought, when, and the Google Play order number) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 7 years), separated from the account.
• Crash reports already sent don't contain account details and are deleted automatically within 90 days.

Leaves and items can't be recovered or refunded once an account is deleted.
